OTA Insight is a commercial platform for the hospitality industry (our clients are individual hotels and major chains like Hilton, Accor, etc.). We combine cutting edge technology and data analytics to provide smarter business intelligence for hotels to maximize their occupancy and revenue. 

Today OTA Insight is present in more than 185+ countries around the world and works with more than 55,000+ independent, local and global chain properties. We have grown to a team of 300+ employees representing 36 nationalities and working from locations all over the world.

We are looking for a full-time Brand & Marketing Designer to join our Design Team in Ghent, Belgium. This is an opportunity to work in-house with a quickly growing scale-up tech company. You will be empowered to help steer the visual identity as well as champion how the brand is visually crafted and shared with the world.

What you’ll be doing


  • Help define and evolve our brand narrative, style, and positioning.

  • Assist with building and managing a visual identity system that scales across channels, mediums, geographies, and languages to accompany our brand as we expand internationally.

  • Help to ensure all marketing communications across various channels and departments remain consistent and align with strategic marketing goals and brand guidelines.Work with other teams to implement the system cross-functionally (product, marketing, HR,..).

  • Maintain a consistent brand image and identity across all company materials, on all projects and design resources.

  • Partner with other designers, product team, web developers, and marketing team to ensure quality in all aspects of campaign execution.


  • Brainstorm, create, and transform ideas into visually compelling stories for all types of marketing assets that drive business results including, but not limited to our website, internal & external presentation slides, digital ads, landing pages, infographics, social media graphics, printed collateral, event graphics, video, iconography, illustration, and more.

  • Research trends & ideas and design assets as needed across all mediums and channels.

  • Be an ambassador across the organisation to drive higher standards for design and design consistency.

Collaboration & Asset Management

  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, customer success, HR, leadership, engineering, etc. to develop assets to support external and internal stakeholders.For example: design, produce and update printed and digital marketing

  • Keep assets up to date, organized, and easily accessible for others to use on-demand via a lightweight DAM system.

  • Leverage data & metrics and A/B testing to make recommendations to improve asset performance in marketing campaigns.


  • Bachelor's Degree or equal in experience in Graphic Design or directly related field of study

  • 2+ years of professional experience as a graphic, visual, brand, or marketing designer

  • Highly efficient team player who thrives in challenging working environments

  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and comfortable using Google Slides and PowerPoint

  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently without sacrificing quality

  • Digital design and marketing fluency, along with mad print skills - showcase this by sending us your portfolio with a beautiful aesthetic and a mindful, intelligent approach to visual problem-solving

  • Creative, resourceful, and dedicated to fully understanding the problem before reaching a solution

  • Flexible in actioning feedback, knowing when to adjust your designs and when to follow your initial vision

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
