OTA Insight is a Revenue Management Intelligence Provider for the hospitality business (our clients are individual hotels and major chains like Hilton, Accor, … ). OTA Insight is an online dashboard solution (SaaS) providing rate intelligence for hotels to increase their revenue by optimising price decisions. We are looking for a full-time Business Process Analyst based in Denver but will consider a remote position for an exceptional candidate. As our Business Process Analyst you will contribute to OTA Insight’s success through working with users in various business areas to identify change needs, assess the impact of the change, capture and document requirements and then ensure those requirements are delivered, all while supporting the company through the implementation process. In this role you will be reporting to our Global Director of Revenue Operations.


What you'll do:

  • Perform process discovery and map, analyze, and identify gaps or areas of improvement to create better efficiency and cross-collaboration

  • Meet with internal stakeholders to discuss areas of focus and improvement within their functional groups

  • Interview teams and management to capture process pain points, document and map findings to address with department leaders

  • Collaborate with Rev Ops team members and Data Analytics team members where needed to gather and process data to identify process performance challenges

  • Learn, capture and document end-to-end business processes

  • Design workflow and process recommendations to improve team / business performance

  • Assist with process management for selected projects in collaboration with Project Management Office

  • Test business processes and recommend improvements

  • Write clear and well-structured business requirements/documents, communicate and validate requirements with relevant stakeholders

  • Identify system automation opportunities to drive efficiencies and document cost / value

  • Analyze current process issues and bottlenecks to make improvements

  • Support the implementation of revised business processes and workflows and monitor the efficacy of updated process and workflows

Job requirements

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree

  • A minimum 2 years of experience in a process analyst, business analyst, or project management or similar role

  • A demonstrated ability to distil down complex requirements

  • Previous experience with CRM systems – Salesforce highly preferred

  • Proven process mapping skills, including evaluation, analysis, and visualization

  • Very organised, able to start a project and complete it successfully

  • Great time management

  • Ability to work independently, collaborate with teammates, and fully deliver on all commitments to meet deadlines

  • Must be able to perform successfully in a fast-paced, intellectually intense, service-oriented environment and to interpret rules and guidelines flexibly to enhance the business and in keeping with OTA Insight's values and culture

  • Previous experience working in a high growth Tech/SaaS environment is a plus
