We are expanding internationally and are looking for a full-time Customer Success Executive - French speaking (Ghent or London) to join our Customer Success & Operations team. You will be part of an international team that take on queries from clients and will help them make use of our products as efficiently possible. You will take cases from French speaking clients. Next to that, we have some projects that you can participate in such cross-selling, translate and write articles for our help center, ... Lots of opportunities!
You will be given a great deal of autonomy to organise your day to day workload. Excellent training and coaching structures are in place. There is a collaborative effort within the organisation which leads to a great team ethic.
