We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Digital Marketing Manager (London or Ghent based) to join our awesome marketing team! As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for setting up, implementing and managing the overall company's digital marketing strategy. Digital marketing strategies are extremely important to our company's success, so your role will play a crucial role in achieving our business goals and objectives.

Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy
Manage and oversee various digital marketing channels
Prepare and manage the digital marketing budget
Oversee all the company's social media accounts - you will introduce ways to boost the company’s presence on forums, improve the customer experience and increase conversion rates
Suggest activities for improving the quality of online content
Track and measure SEO, SEM, SMM and Google Analytics metrics and provide reports.
Measure, analyse and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns to improve ROI and drive down CPA, alongside finding new ways to market our solutions and company
Help build an inbound marketing plan
Research competitors and provide suggestions for improvement
Measure ROI and KPIs
Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices
3+ years of experience as a Digital Marketing Manager, with experience in developing and scaling digital marketing strategies
BA in Marketing, Digital technologies or similar relevant field
Broad-based knowledge of all different digital marketing channels
Experience in optimisation of landing pages and user funnels
Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices
Experience with SEO, SEM, SMM, Google Analytics, CRM software and marketing automation.
Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on a company’s success
Team player, with good time-management skills
Great interpersonal and communication skills
End-to-end project management skills; working with tight deadlines and budgets
Excellent written and oral communication skills (English is a must, other language is a plus)
