OTA Insight is a data and commercial intelligence SaaS platform for the hospitality industry. We work with leading hotel brands such as Hilton and Marriott as well as independent hotels around the globe, providing them with data intelligence and cloud-based tools to better manage their revenue. We recently raised an $80 million round of funding and we have welcomed two new companies, Transparent and Kriya, to our organization in order to expand our product portfolio.

We are looking for a hard-working, creative, and organized person to grow our field marketing team (events), who will coordinate, execute, and support the management of our European field marketing program, which includes big to small scale events (online & offline), webinars and campaigns around events to support OTA Insight’s growth initiatives. As Field Marketing Representative, you will…

  • Closely collaborate with the European marketing team to coordinate and execute all European field marketing programs (online and offline events, webinars, and campaign’s around events)

  • Drive strategy for determining which events to attend, how to engage at each event, and report back on these in line with our European marketing KPIs

  • Execute flawless events by managing all aspects of the role: event and program messaging, content creation, signage, giveaways, contract negotiation, vendor relations, budget management, site selection, participant registration, agenda building, and logistics

  • Oversee from planning to execution all European webinars - you will work closely with the Brand and Product Marketing teams on content, with Demand Generation on audience acquisition, and with Sales and SDRs on webinar attendee follow-up

  • Track event leads through to pipeline generation and revenue

  • Lead cross-team collaboration and communication among internal event stakeholders, such as account management, sales, and other marketing groups

  • Gather feedback and deliver recommendations for future improvement around event/ webinar planning, attendee experience, and results

  • Own event and webinar KPIs through evaluation of performance, post-event / webinar ROI tracking, and wrap-up report

Job requirements

You will be a great fit for this role if you have the following:

  • 3+ years of experience in event or other marketing roles

  • 2+ years of experience around corporate events, trade shows, webinars, virtual and hybrid events

  • A hands-on entrepreneurial mindset that embraces creativity in solution solving

  • Experience managing vendor relations and negotiating contracts for both domestic and international events

  • Strong track record of collaborating with international Sales and Marketing teams

  • Knowledge of event analytics, and measurement of event performance

  • Detail oriented and organized personality - you can successfully execute on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

  • Experience with Salesforce and Marketo / Hubspot is a plus

  • Experience with event management platforms/ robust event management processes is a plus

  • Experience with online event / webinar hosting platforms is a plus

  • Ability to travel up to 15% - 20%

  • Excellent oral and written skills in English. Dutch and any other language within the OTAi network is a plus.
