OTA Insight is a data and commercial intelligence SaaS platform for the hospitality industry. We work with leading brands such as Hilton and Marriott as well as independent hotels around the globe, providing them with data intelligence and cloud-based tools to better manage their revenue. We recently raised an $80 million round of funding and we have welcomed two new companies, Transparent and Kriya, to our organization in order to expand our product portfolio.

We are looking for a hard-working, creative, and analytical leader to grow our field marketing team, who will own and manage our global field marketing program, which includes high-impact events and campaigns to support OTA Insight’s growth initiatives. As the Field Marketing Manager, you will…

  • Build and manage a global field team that will be responsible for developing and executing programs and events for each of our major regions around the world

  • Drive strategy for determining which events to attend, how to engage at each event, and how events feed into the business goals of the company

  • Execute flawless events globally by managing all aspects of the role: event and program messaging, content creation, signage, giveaways, contract negotiation, vendor relations, budget management, site selection, accommodations, participant registration, agenda building, staffing, on-site production, F&B, and logistics

  • Manage OTA Insight’s webinar program, working closely with the Brand and Product Marketing teams on content, with Demand Generation on audience acquisition, and with Sales and SDRs on webinar attendee follow-up

  • Partner with our ABM team to develop high-touch bespoke events for our top partners and clients

  • Track event leads through to pipeline generation and revenue

  • Lead cross-team collaboration and communication among internal event stakeholders, such as account management, sales, and other marketing groups

  • Gather feedback and deliver recommendations for future improvement around planning, attendee experience, and results

  • Set goals and own event and webinar KPIs through evaluation of performance, post-event / webinar ROI tracking, and wrap-up reports

You will be a great fit for this role if you have the following:

  • 7+ years of experience in Field or Event marketing roles

  • 7+ years of experience managing corporate events, trade shows, webinars, virtual and hybrid events

  • An entrepreneurial mindset that embraces experimentation

  • Experience in B2B SaaS business models

  • Experience managing vendor relations and negotiating contracts for both domestic and international events

  • Strong track record of collaborating with international Sales and Marketing teams to align event strategy with demand gen and pipeline goals

  • Deep knowledge of full-funnel digital marketing, marketing analytics, and measurement

  • Detail oriented personality - you can successfully execute on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

  • Experience with Salesforce and Marketo / Hubspot

  • Experience with event management platforms/ robust event management processes

  • Experience with online event / webinar hosting platforms

  • Ability to travel up to 20% - 25%
