Field Marketing Representative LATAM

The Field Marketer will be co-owner and responsible for the ideation, implementation, and execution of field marketing campaigns, and s/he will be responsible for field marketing events coordination.

This person will work closely with the regional marketing manager(s), global marketing team, and the sales team to increase brand awareness, thought leadership, and demand generation (new business, upgrade and upsell) across our priority markets. We are looking for an organized and results-oriented field marketer to help lead our event planning and execution efforts to generate leads.


  • Planning and executing a lead-generation event strategy

  • Serve as the main point of contact for event coordination and assessment

  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities

  • Assist in the ideation and execution of field marketing campaigns (assess market feasibility and suggest different plans of action per market - if required)

  • Coordinate hybrid-events (online & offline)
    • Produce various localized assets and other materials (goodies) to be used at events, roadshows, customer conferences (collaboration with the content team for literature in English, and external parties for merchandising)

    • Maintain relationships with third-party vendors and venues

    • Attend relevant trade shows and events (when and where possible/ required)

  • Manage social media activities before, during and post-events and field marketing campaigns, sometimes with agencies

  • Manage our asset library, creation of presentations, emails, landing pages and translation as a whole

  • Manage regional media relationships, and ensure content amplification with various media partners

  • For in-person events - help design and build on-brand activations and booths

  • Track expenses and activities in an organized fashion

  • Report weekly/monthly on the status of field marketing activities



  • Studies in marketing or related fields

  • Marketing related experience

  • Strong communication skills – written and oral

  • English, Spanish & Portuguese speaking is essential

  • Experience partnering with sales teams

  • Detail oriented; able to to adapt to a fast-paced environment and changing priorities.

  • Proven experience carrying out marketing efforts

  • Some experience with relevant software applications including MS Office,, Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot, Asana, etc

  • Highly organized, proficient at managing multiple projects and results driven

  • Work well in a fast paced environment

  • Creative, innovative, and always think outside the box skills
