OTA Insight is a Revenue Management Intelligence Provider for the hospitality business (our clients are individual hotels and major chains like Hilton, Accor, … ). OTA Insight is an online dashboard solution (SaaS) providing rate intelligence for the hotels to increase their revenue by optimizing their pricing. We combine cutting edge technology and data analytics to provide smarter business intelligence to maximize occupancy and revenue.

We are expanding internationally and are looking for a full-time Global Revenue Operations Director. This individual will be based out of our office in downtown Denver, Colorado (remote locations will be considered but Denver is strongly preferred).


  • As the Global Revenue Operations Director, you are primarily responsible for using data and process improvement to accelerate revenue growth at OTA Insight

  • The Revenue Operations Director will be responsible for building and managing a Revenue Operations Organization that supports our Sales, Account Management, Services and Marketing teams.

  • We expect you to develop a best-in-class organization and team, made up of Sales and Marketing Operations, Partners, Channels, Sales Enablement and the GTM strategy functions.

  • Develop, maintain and drive a strategic roadmap of projects and initiatives that make our new selling, cross sell and upsell motions more efficient, and effective

  • Work closely with the Regional Sales Directors and Sales Managers to improve day-to-day sales processes, including territory management, customer management, and opportunity management

  • Develop executive KPIs to align strategic company objectives to board level reporting

  • Evolve weekly forecasting methodology to provide stronger insights into performance improvement strategies for Sales Directors and Sales Managers

  • Execute change management strategies to ensure minimal disruption to selling when a new initiative or process is rolled out

  • Work with Sales and Marketing Operations to ensure alignment of our Marketing and Sales funnel to deliver shorter sales cycles and higher win rates

  • Develop effective and evolving compensation commission plan that motivate sales reps and align to company priorities

  • Ensure alignment of process, rep readiness, go-to-market priorities and effectivity measurements

  • You will be a culture carrier. You understand and promote the values that have made OTA Insight a long term success

  • Be a motivator, and ensure that your team and stakeholders have a clear understanding of our vision, mission, and values.

  • Focus on employee development initiatives for your team that promote individual success and long term retention

  • Develop a succession plan over time to ensure organizational scale



  • At least 4 - 8 years of revenue operations experience, including experience managing multiple support functions

  • Willingness to own and execute tasks and deliverables as well as manage others

  • Leadership skills that motivate your team to go the extra mile for you

  • Strong presentation skills using the Google suite

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

  • Strong overall business and people skills, including planning, presentation skills, sales skills

  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to teach, coach, mentor and motivate

  • An understanding of the hospitality industry is a strong plus
