OTA Insight is a commercial platform for the hospitality industry (our clients are individual hotels and major chains like Hilton, Accor, etc.). We combine cutting edge technology and data analytics to provide smarter business intelligence for hotels to maximize their occupancy and revenue.

Today OTA Insight is present in more than 185 countries around the world and works with more than 55,000 independent, local and global chain properties. We have grown to a team of 225 employees representing 36 nationalities and working from locations all over the world.

We are looking for a full-time Growth Product Manager based in London or Ghent to join our Product Team to drive our Product Led Growth strategy to successfully deliver key product outcomes.
You will be responsible for driving improved product outcomes from our customer base, using evidence-based, data-driven decision making to scale user acquisition, conversion, adoption, retention and expansion. What will I be doing?

  • Understanding and mapping the user journey to improve key product outcomes. Identify and reduce friction points in each step of the experience to drive user expansion and adoption.

  • Help establish and execute our Product-Led Growth strategy to successfully deliver key product outcomes (acquisition, conversion, adoption, retention, expansion).

  • Develop a Product-Led Growth analytical, prioritization & experimentation framework that includes product instrumentation, data/analytical tools, standard metrics and analysis methods.

  • Establish and optimize the product-led customer journeys from product qualified lead (PQL) to loyal customers.

  • Take a both creative & scientific approach to ideating, developing, and experimenting with new initiatives. Build feedback loops for users and stakeholders to measure and learn.

  • Partner with Product Managers, UX Researchers, designers, product analysts, software engineers and marketing to continuously formulate and execute on a roadmap focused on growing OTA Insight’s user acquisition/conversion/adoption.


  • 3+ years of experience in a Growth Product Management role with a track record of delivering beyond targets, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • You have a growth marketing and optimization mindset & have deep knowledge and command of product usage, user metrics, and analytics.

  • You are creative and have a track record of building successful business products, using data, customer feedback and common sense.

  • You have experience designing hypothesis-driven A/B and multivariate testing, experimentation tools and user research to drive product changes.

  • Not being shy to dig into the details of how things are and should be tracked from a technical point of view, working in close collaboration with the data analysis team.

  • You have the ability to understand how to simplify customer journeys and product flows with a human-centered design approach.

  • You have excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Scale-up experience or experience of working in a fast-paced environment is a big plus
