OTA Insight is a data and commercial intelligence SaaS platform for the hospitality industry. We work with leading brands such as Hilton and Marriott as well as independent hotels around the globe, providing them with data intelligence and cloud-based tools to better manage their revenue. We recently raised an $80 million round of funding and we have welcomed two new companies,Transparent and Kriya, to our organization in order to expand our product portfolio.


We are looking for a hard-working, creative, and analytical person to lead our North American Demand Generation marketing efforts. This is a leadership role with responsibility for hiring, managing, and developing a team of demand generation marketers. As Head of Demand Generation, you will…

  • Develop an optimal mix of full-funnel campaign strategies, campaign frameworks for various audience segments, and drive a process to ensure on-going campaign performance improvements

  • Analyze gaps in the buyer journey across all funnel stages and identify the necessary assets, content, and programs in collaboration with product marketing, content marketing, events, and sales

  • Work with internal stakeholders and external agencies to execute creative and effective paid digital campaigns

  • Find ways to grow and optimize our owned channels to deliver conversion from non-paid channels like SEO, CRO (conversion rate optimization), email, chat, and in-product

  • Conduct A/B tests across channels and on our web properties to maintain an always-learning operational model

  • Manage our field & event marketing resources to execute in-person events and online webinars

  • Partner with marketing operations to ensure proper design of our martech infrastructure including lead scoring, routing, and nurture activities

  • Own program, channel, and campaign-level reporting to assess and strategize what's working (and what's not) and why

Requirements

You will be a great fit for this role if you have the following:

  • 10+ years of total work experience

  • 5+ years of digital demand gen / growth marketing experience

  • Expertise in Hubspot/Marketo and Salesforce (Sales Cloud) is required

  • Experience with Google Analytics, 6sense, Drift, and WordPress preferred

  • Experience managing (hands-on) SEO, SEM, and paid social

  • Ability to develop and execute full-funnel marketing strategies that encompass both online and offline (events) tactics

  • Experience in B2B SaaS business models

  • Strong track record of collaborating with Sales and Marketing teams to align strategy with demand gen and pipeline goals

  • A love for marketing funnel analytics and ROI measurement

  • Detail oriented personality - you can successfully execute on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

  • Proven experience building and scaling demand generation functions for high growth, global B2B SaaS companies

  • Ability to travel up to 5% - 10%

In addition to benefits and other OTA Insight total rewards, the annual base salary for this role is $130,000 - $190,000 depending on experience. We benchmark our salary ranges for new hires in relation to the role, level, and role location; however, we consider a multitude of factors, to include relevant experience, skills, and education/training, to determine compensation within the identified range.
