We are expanding rapidly and are looking for a full-time Head of Sales for the Americas, based in Denver, CO or Dallas, TX.
 

What you’ll do:

  • Responsible for overseeing the sales functions for both North and South America and carry the full bookings target for the region
  • Selects, develops, and evaluates team members to ensure the efficient execution against sales targets
  • Build a winning culture of success, teamwork and customer focus
  • Assumes a lead role in educating the sales team on effective sales tactics, territory, account and opportunity management strategies
  • Develop a set of KPI’s that effectively tie rep productivity to corporate goals
  • Manages regular meetings to ensure an informed, aligned and motivated sales teams
  • Works closely with sales operations to Implement sales processes that drive desired sales outcomes and identify improvements where and when required
  • Accurately forecast monthly and quarterly sales performance
  • Develops specific plans and tactics to ensure both short-term and long-term growth
  • Work closely with cross-functional leaders/teams to drive continuous improvement throughout the sales funnel globally
  • This position will directly manage both individual contributors as well as a group two to three regional managers to achieve regional target
  • Effectively collaborate with the General Manager of the Americas and the Head of Marketing of the Americas to build an effective and sustainable revenue team for the company

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Has 5 - 8 years of sales experience and at least 3 years of sales management/leadership experience in a related field
  • Proven track record of selling SaaS solutions, generating ARR from primarily new customers although cross sell and up-sell are in the scope of this position
  • Possess strong sales skills that can be taught to new reps
  • Good understanding and experience with sales management skills including; sales metrics, territory design, pipeline development programs, forecasting, month-end / quarter-end closing and performance management
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to present, negotiate and persuade stakeholders
  • Motivated self-starter who can work independently and as collaborate strongly as part of a team
