OTA Insight is a Business Intelligence Provider for the hospitality business (our clients are individual hotels and major chains like Hilton, Accor, … ). We provide an online dashboard solution (yes, we are a SaaS company) providing rate intelligence for the hotels to increase their revenue by optimising their pricing. We combine cutting edge technology and data analytics to provide smarter business intelligence to maximise occupancy and revenue.

Today OTA Insight is present in more than 185 countries around the world and has more than 55,000 partners. We have grown to a team of 225 employees representing 36 nationalities and working from locations all over the world.

We are looking for a hardworking, organized, and collaborative person to join our Marketing Team. In this role you will assist in the planning, executing, and reporting of supporting marketing activities for our Marketing Team. The right person for this position will be metrics driven with a keen focus on targets. You'll work cross-functionally and across three regions: APAC, EMEA and AMER to ensure continuity and brand consistency.

What you’ll do: 

  • Perform outreach to improve the reach of our content
  • Build relationships with other marketers and partners
  • Provide reporting and analysis of KPIs for search engine optimization
  • Operationalize and build email campaigns and social media planning
  • Maintain marketing planning & execution calendars to ensure cross functional alignment
  • Assist in the briefing and creation of email campaigns, online promotions, etc.
  • Assist in the design and distribution or delivery of marketing materials
  • Support the global and regional marketing teams to organise and deliver outstanding hybrid events
  • Assist marketing team as required across the campaign cycle
  • Develop and maintain overall marketing and campaign-specific performance dashboards and reporting, including attribution and ROI
  • Manage central repository of marketing assets and versions
  • Drive additional projects as assigned


Are you our ideal candidate?

  • You have a Bachelor's degree Hospitality Management and a first professional experience in an administrative or coordination role in the field of Marketing. 
  • Passion for the travel industry is an absolute must, we all caught the travel bug at OTAI ;) experience in hotels or hospitality tech is a plus.
  • You have strong analytical skills and pay strong attention to detail.
  • You know your way around spreadsheets, Google Drive, Microsoft and social media. Well, basically all the workplace tech. 
  • Multitasking comes natural to you. You can prioritise and don't mind your schedule changing day-to-day. 
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, other languages are a nice to have.
  • You are a self-starter: you will pose new ideas and process improvements and are able to switch between different aspects of the marketing funnel at pace.
