We are expanding rapidly and are looking for a full-time Marketing Operations Analyst.
Your primary responsibilities will be to ensure high-quality data, provide marketing analysis, strategic attribution reporting and optimise the OTA Insight MarTech stack. You will be helping your colleagues access these insights in order to enable smarter decisions.
Reporting to the Marketing Operations Manager, the Sr. Marketing Operations Analyst will also be supporting the Marketing Operations Analyst with managing the day-to-day details in marketing operations.
In this position you will closely collaborate with Marketing, Sales Operations, Sales, Enablement and other cross-functional stakeholders (i.e. Data analytics - Sales Systems) to execute operational projects to increase marketing productivity and reduce the cost of sale.
What you will do:
Optimise existing marketing and lead management processes, ensure these processes are built for scale, identify any potential gaps and recommend strategic improvements;
Help solve key marketing challenges such as attribution, lead assignment and follow-up, program automation, data accuracy, funnel analysis, and forecasting;
Collaborate with the Marketing Operations Manager to ensure the MarTech platforms fit the strategic needs and allow for operational excellence. Execute system integrations of the existing and any new tech stack;
Assist with the day-to-day details in marketing operations and document marketing processes for guidance and future reference;
Enable the marketing team to produce successful campaigns by developing the operational processes required;
Monitor campaigns to optimise performance based on uncovered trends and historic performance. Provide recommendations to enhance future marketing campaigns;
Assist with monthly/quarterly marketing reporting, tracking performance, and measuring marketing attribution and success;
Manage the marketing database, ensure it is kept healthy and support the Marketing Team in their efforts to segment audiences and target relevant recipients. Ensure data quality and hygiene at every stage.

A minimum of 2 years experience specifically in marketing operations, accompanied with a broader marketing background
Working experience with the Google platform (Google Analytics, Adwords, Tag Manager) and Hubspot/ Marketo
Knowledge of Salesforce
Ability to analyse and visualise data in Excel and BI tools (Tableau, Looker, ...)
A results-driven individual with a strong ability to analyse data in order to inform marketing decisions (determine ROI, campaign effectiveness, regional lead volume trends, …)
Elaborated organisational and project management skills
A good communicator, ready to work in a team and independently when needed
Comfortable with a fast-paced, intellectually intense, service-oriented environment.
Previous experience working in a high growth Tech/SaaS company is a plus.
