We are expanding rapidly and are looking for a full-time Marketing Operations Specialist in Ghent.

Your primary responsibility will be to drive growth through making operational efficiencies and optimising our lead management process hands-on. Reporting to the Marketing Operations Manager, the Marketing Operations Specialist will also be responsible for managing the day-to-day details in marketing operations.

In this position you will closely collaborate with Marketing, Sales Operations, Sales, Enablement and other cross-functional stakeholders (i.e. Data analytics - Sales Systems) to execute operational projects to increase marketing productivity and reduce the cost of sale.

What you will do:

  • Manage the day-to-day details in marketing operations

  • Enable the marketing team to produce successful campaigns by executing the operational processes required

  • Manage the marketing database, supporting the Marketing Team in their efforts to segment audiences and target relevant recipients. Ensure data quality and hygiene at every stage

  • Manage communications to the marketing and sales teams to optimise engagement and drive thorough lead follow up

  • Create Salesforce campaigns and ensure consistency in naming conventions and usage in order to report on campaign performance

  • Supporting the implementation of new MarTech platforms and executing system integrations of the existing tech stack

  • Maintain existing marketing and lead management processes, ensure these processes are built for scale, identify any potential gaps and improve

  • Document marketing processes for guidance and future reference

  • Ensure alignment between sales and marketing across the outreach platform Groove

  • Monitor campaigns to optimise performance based on best practice. Provide recommendations to enhance future marketing campaigns

  • Assist with monthly/quarterly marketing reporting, tracking performance and measuring marketing success

  • Be hands on involved with migrating to a new CMS, Marketing Automation platform

Job requirements

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • A minimum 3 years of experience in marketing

  • Experience with Hubspot/Marketo and Salesforce is a plus

  • Very organised, able to start a project and complete it successfully

  • Exceptional attention to detail

  • Great time management and communication skills

  • Ability to collaborate with colleagues, work independently when appropriate

  • Must be able to perform successfully in a fast-paced, intellectually intense, service-oriented environment and to interpret rules and guidelines flexibly to enhance the business and in keeping with OTA Insight's values and culture

  • Previous experience working in a high growth Tech/SaaS environment is a plus
