OTA Insight is a commercial platform for the hospitality industry (our clients are individual hotels and major chains like Hilton, Accor, etc.). We combine cutting edge technology and data analytics to provide smarter business intelligence for hotels to maximize their occupancy and revenue.


Today OTA Insight is present in more than 185 countries around the world and works with more than 55,000 independent, local and global chain properties. We have grown to a team of 225 employees representing 36 nationalities and working from locations all over the world.

We are looking for a full-time Product Analyst based in London or Ghent to join our Product Team to drive better product decisions. We are looking for a self-starter, focused on results, with demonstrated success in using analytics to drive the understanding, growth, and success of a SaaS product.


What will I be doing?

  • You’ll lead the analytical thinking in how we measure the success of our solutions, helping to establish metrics, targets and frameworks to measure performance

  • You’ll ensure our product team has industry best methods to measure and evaluate product performance across our solutions including but not limited to product adoption, user engagement, success-driving usage patterns

  • Offer pro-active support in defining/measuring success for new launches

  • Build the foundations for the Product team to access self-service analytics

  • Deliver in-depth data-driven insights & recommendations to influence product decisions

  • Partner with User Researchers to identify opportunities to improve our products based on user feedback and help quantify the impact of their qualitative insights

  • You’ll become a key bridge with Data Analytics team, ensuring we collect the right data to produce relevant business insights

Requirements

  • Experience of establishing product measurement frameworks that drove SaaS product performance
  • Hands on experience of managing an analytics backlog

  • 2+ years experience of hands-on SQL

  • 2+ years hands on experience in product analytics (Google Analytics 360, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Heap,..)

  • Track record of working independently to shape analytical problems and define testing methodologies

  • Experience using data visualisation tools such as for example Tableau, Looker, Periscope, ..

  • Working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets - although these aren't our preferred tool for analysis, there may be instances where they are required

  • Previous experience of working in a scale up environment (nice to have)
