Project Manager - Implementation Specialist

OTA Insight is a Revenue Management Intelligence Provider for the hospitality business (our clients are individual hotels and major chains like Hilton, Accor, … ). OTA Insight is an online dashboard solution (SaaS) providing rate intelligence for the hotels to increase their revenue by optimizing their pricing.  We combine cutting edge technology and data analytics to provide smarter business intelligence to maximize occupancy and revenue.

We are expanding rapidly and are looking for a full-time Project Manager - Implementation Specialist. As a Project Manager, it will be your responsibility to gather the requirements from both internal and external stakeholders, to which then you will implement this fantastic product into some of the largest businesses out there. This involves mapping out customer processes, configuring the software and working both with customer stakeholders and the internal team.

Responsibilities: 

  • Manage key project implementations with our large customers from start to finish

  • Work with clients, running workshops and project meetings

  • Ensure that the product is delivered to agreed scope and timelines, with customer satisfaction on the quality of work. Reporting KPIs on a weekly or monthly basis

  • Create and implement a repeatable methodology and best practice to continue to develop and scale the delivery of this product in a scalable fashion

  • Create appropriate documentation and collateral to improve implementation effectiveness 

  • Develop and execute strategies for leveraging data and running projects with customers to help improve their processes and use data to help drive product development

  • Highly organized, analytical and able to work independently: you can juggle between 10+ projects at the same time, you have a tendency to take ownership and you have a sense for prioritizing task, making estimates and creating timelines

  • Work closely in partnership with the Customer and internal OTA Insight team including: Sales, Support and Customer Success to ensure the proper alignment between commercial obligations and overall customer satisfaction 

  • Manage risk, escalate issues as appropriate

  • Look for opportunities to improve process, templates and tools to scale project management and implementation processes

  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, including strong communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, high energy, team-oriented environment

  • Ability to multi-task and perform effectively under pressure

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and at least 2-5 years of software related or other large-scale project management experience

  • Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders, running meetings/conference calls and smaller workshops

  • Experienced in the implementation of complex or enterprise SaaS products

  • Experience working with SaaS Platforms and Hospitality industry are a plus
