Regional Marketing Manager - AMER (Denver Based)

OTA Insight is a Revenue Management Intelligence Provider for the hospitality business (our clients are individual hotels and major chains like Hilton, Accor, … ). OTA Insight is an online dashboard solution (SaaS) providing rate intelligence for the hotels to increase their revenue by optimizing their pricing. We’re expanding our AMER marketing capabilities and we are looking for exceptional and passionate talent to join the OTA Insight team as the Regional Marketing Manager AMER.

Based in Denver, you will play a crucial role in leading all marketing programs and initiatives, developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns for the AMER region. As the Regional Marketing Manager you will directly impact the growth of our business by driving growth initiatives to support the sales organizations, while enabling operational excellence.


With stakeholder management abilities, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams at global and regional levels to develop key messages and align expectations for the business, working alongside the marketing, sales, product and operations team. This position will report directly to the Global Marketing Director and work closely with the Head of Sales AMER and other marketing leads.


The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to work independently as well as build strong relationships across the business to ensure delivery in a very fast-paced environment.


What you'll own:

  • Act as a bridge between the AMER Sales team and the Global Marketing Team.

  • Interact with marketing leads to supervise regional marketing budget

  • Recommend strategies to implement regional marketing plans that drive revenue growth

  • Develop quarterly and annual marketing plans aligned with overall business objectives and goals.

  • Conceptualize and execute online and offline marketing campaigns and projects, and manage the field team by implementing the plan.

  • Execute innovative marketing campaigns for events, email marketing, webinars, content marketing, case studies, research reports, social media, paid media and partnerships.

  • Build a customer reference program to gather and fulfill requests for references to help sales.

  • Work closely with the AMER sales team to measure the impact of marketing campaigns (e.g. lead generation and marketing sourced and influenced revenue) -

  • Develop daily and weekly content across all social media platforms to maximize the company’s exposure.

  • Work closely with the broader marketing, sales, and other functional departments to ensure campaigns in the market are aligned to the company go-to-market strategy.

  • Accountable for pipeline creation and marketing/sales targets for all of AMER- stay focused on KPIs and metrics for each campaign.

Requirements

Experience you’ll need:

  • 3-5+ years of demand generation, field and event marketing experiences with a focus in software/technology (B2B), preferably in the hospitality industry.

  • Background in content marketing, demand generation, customer reference programs, public relations, communications in a SaaS and a fast-paced company environment.

  • You’ve had previous, hands-on experience scaling digital acquisition channels (non-paid and paid), such as search and social.

  • You’ve developed targeted marketing programs with proven results, and optimized funnel metrics.

  • Self-motivated, strong organizational skills, and detail-oriented

  • Experience in handling and maintaining budgets

  • Experience with relevant software applications including MS Office, Salesforce.com, Marketo, HubSpot, Asana, etc

  • Demonstrated experience working effectively under pressure while remaining positive, flexible, and open to feedback

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Other languages such as Spanish and Portuguese (Brazilian) are nice to have.
