OTA Insight is a data and commercial intelligence platform for the hospitality industry. We work with leading brands such as Hilton and Marriott as well as independent hotels around the globe, providing them with data intelligence and cloud-based tools to better manage their revenue. We recently raised an $80 million round of funding and we have welcomed two new companies,Transparent and Kriya, to our organization in order to expand our product portfolio.

The Regional Marketing Representative will be responsible for field and online activations across APAC Markets. The person overseeing this role will work hand in hand with the Regional Marketing Manager to define quarterly regional marketing strategies and execute them.

This role would have a focus on field marketing (events), but would also be involved in regional strategic planning and complementing the field marketing strategies with online activations.


  • Events
    • Serve as the main point of contact for event coordination

    • Planning and executing a lead-generation event strategy

    • Ideation and execution of field marketing campaigns (assess market feasibility and suggest different plans of action per market - if required)

    • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities

    • Coordinate hybrid-events (online & offline)
      • Produce various localized assets and other materials (goodies) to be used at events, roadshows, customer conferences (collaboration with the content team for literature in English, and external parties for merchandising)

      • Attend relevant trade shows and events (when and where possible/ required)

      • Manage social media activities before, during and post-events and field marketing campaigns, sometimes with agencies

      • For in-person events - help design and build on-brand activations and booths

  • Strategic digital projects
    • Work hand in hand with the Regional Marketing Manager in APAC to ideate and execute online strategic campaigns to increase brand awareness, thought leadership, and demand generation (new business, upgrade and upsell) to complement the field marketing activations across our priority markets.

  • Progress evolutions/ KPIs tracking
    • Report weekly/monthly on the status of field marketing activities to accurately measure success

  • Manage our asset library, creation of presentations, emails, landing pages and translation as a whole

  • Track expenses and activities in an organised fashion

Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or related field

  • At least 2 years of marketing experience

  • Strong communication skills in English – written and oral, other APAC languages are a plus

  • Experience partnering with sales teams

  • Goals oriented

  • Hands-on and motivated

  • Detail oriented; able to to adapt to a fast-paced environment and changing priorities.

  • Highly organized, proficient at managing multiple projects and results driven

  • Creative, innovative, and has an entrepreneurial mindset

  • Good project management skills

  • Skilled in Google Suite

  • Some experience with relevant software applications including MS Office,, HubSpot, Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat
