As a Software Delivery Manager you will be responsible for helping 50 people deliver exceptional software. You will be the catalyst between our Product and Engineering teams and will ensure expectations on time/budget are aligned, whilst ensuring the development team are working at maximum efficiency and are clear in their objectives. You will assist the Product team in setting and allocating realistic budgets and managing unexpected delays or priority changes, and will assist the Engineering team by allocating the right people around a development and setting clear goals to enable them to deliver a new development on time and within budget.
The key areas of this role are Project Planning, Process Control, Reporting, Risks Mitigation and Team enablement. The Software Delivery Manager reports directly to the VP of Engineering.
