We are looking for a full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People & Talent Team in Ghent. You will focus on recruiting the best talent for our Product and Engineering team as well as working together with the HRBP on initiatives such as employer branding, relations with recruitment partners, campus recruitment, onboarding process improvement and so much more.
You will be responsible for the full A-Z hiring process for job openings within the engineering and product team. This includes but is not limited to:
Intake of new job openings with the designated internal hiring manager and provide guidance to shape their talent needs to best match the needs of OTA Insight both on a technical & cultural level.
Build up a candidate pipeline through sourcing and active employer branding that brings awareness to OTA Insight’s unique team culture. E.g. meetups, recruitment events, hackathons, referral campaigns,...
Match candidates to position requirements and work with Engineering and Product Hiring Managers to ensure candidates move through the hiring process in a timely and efficient manner. Be an advisor to hiring managers concerning candidate and team fit.
Embody the OTA Insight spirit and make sure our candidates are left with a good impression of the company regardless of assessment of the candidate.
Provide a qualitative onboarding experience to new joiners.
Proactively think and work on HR and hiring process improvements.
You will work closely with the HRBP & recruitment colleagues and could be helping in updating current internal HR processes. As OTA Insight is growing fast, you could be involved with other projects or support other HR team members based on your own interests.
1-3 years of experience with sourcing and recruiting in the Software industry.
Knowledge of tools such as LinkedIn recruiter and ATS platforms (we use Recruitee).
Genuine Interest in IT (software and data engineering), SaaS product development and R&D.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment, to multi-task and complete large volumes of projects and tasks.
Eagerness and motivation to take ownership.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information and a strong work ethic.
Strong consultative, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Ability to establish positive relationships with all levels in the organisation.
Fluently in Dutch & English.
